Please note prices are based on a minimum of 6 passengers and will increase if fewer than 6 travel. We are requesting a deposit of £5.00 for all trips, this is refundable if the cancellation is more than a week before the travel date or if we must cancel the excursion.
As a reminder, we will only be able to take one wheelchair passenger on each trip. Members may book as many trips as they wish, but trips will be apportioned out to members as fairly as possible. Please call the office to book.
Applications will be dealt with on a “first come – first served basis”. Please be certain to make a note of the dates in your diary. If any of the trips you wish to travel on are oversubscribed, then you will automatically be placed on the waiting list for that trip. Bookings can only be accepted in respect of ESDAR members and escorts. Please be aware that escorts pay full price for trips. NOTE: You will be picked up from & returned to your home address. Whole day trips: Pickups from your home address usually start from 9am. We are usually back in the Caterham area between 5pm and 6pm.
Prices quoted are for trip costs only and do not cover additional expenses such as entry costs/Lunch etc.
