Kate Forde | HR & Training

Kate has lived in Caterham for more than 17 years and feels it has been a good place to raise two children.

Her mother used the ESDAR service in 2015, when she was new to the area, and was impressed by the way she could get to appointments and enjoy the day trips, appreciating the friendly and helpful drivers.

In 2020 Kate helped ESDAR in a professional capacity and was asked to become a Trustee, to enable the wonderful service that her mother had enjoyed, to be available to other local people.

Kate has a professional background in HR, works at a veterinary hospital and as an independent HR Consultant, and is Chair of Governors at a local primary school.
