Linda Changasubbay | Fundraising
Linda has lived in Caterham since childhood, then grew up, married and raised a family locally.
Her background is in the care sector, working in hospitals, nursing homes and residential home management. This included opening a residential care home, specialising in Aspergers, Tourets and Autism and running the home for 20 years with three partners.
Linda graduated in law and care management, and is qualified in health and safety, first aid and food hygiene.
She was introduced to ESDAR when her husband volunteered as a driver in 2007, then became involved in fundraising, and became a Trustee in 2011.
Linda feels proud to be part of an important local community service and of the positive difference that ESDAR makes to members’ daily lives. She is a member of the Parochial Church Council, is a fundraiser for the Royal Air Force and various community groups and is involved in other local community activities and organisations.
